
Our programmes have a special focus on those facing the most barriers to inclusion, such as those with a physical disability, a mild to moderate mental health problem, a mild learning difficulty, or who simply find it difficult to engage in ordinary activities. We provide opportunities to learn new skills and will support you to access educational opportunities and activities in our building and in the wider community.

This is an informal and relaxed space for all carers to enjoy a cuppa, a chat and laugh, meet new people, share experiences and information. Everybody is welcome including professionals who would like to spread the word about their services or support people to the cafe.
Our easy English mum & toddler group. A great opportunity to meet people in the local community and to practice your English. We sing songs, read a story, play, have a snack and lots of fun!
